Job Description
Classic Club , located in Palm Desert, CA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Players Assistant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Maintains a professional appearance. Maintains a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses. Communicates with and assists the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play. Communicates with the Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns. Monitors course cleanliness. Assists Outside Staff Attendants as needed. Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules, and other golf-related issues. Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management. Performs other duties as assigned. Must have a strong work ethic. Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public. Must have a strong customer and guest orientation. Must be dependable. Knowledge of the game of golf highly preferred. Valid driver's license required.
