Full Job Description Description:
We are looking to add more Field Marshals to our team for the upcoming Fall Microsoccer season. Games are on Saturdays only, starting September 12th and running until at least October 24th, or November 7th if there is a rainout day that needs to be made up. There are three locations this season: Little Rec fields, Saint Mary Rec Center, and Marina Green fields. Shifts are 4.5 hours each, paying $30/hour. One shift starts at 8:00 am and the second starts at 12:30 pm. The Field Marshals for the San Francisco Microsoccer League are intended to offer aid and support for the league on gamedays as well as document and report any issues that occur. They are the league's eyes and ears on the fields. Marshals should embody the spirit of the league and be a proponent for both the league and Vikings Soccer Club.
Responsibilities:
Report to the yellow Microsoccer Canopies at your assigned field by the start of your scheduled shift. Remain under the canopy for the most part and occasionally walk the fields. At least one Marshal should be under the tent at all times, this should be prioritized. Have full knowledge of the league rules and be prepared to answer questions if any parent/coach/manager comes up to the tent to ask. Help oversee any Fan-Zone experience set up on select days. Collect lost & found items and add them to a pile to be picked up by the breakdown team at the end of the day. Remind teams to clear the field on time and to pack out all of their trash after games. Document the state of the field at the start and end of your shift. Remind teams of the league rules as needed. On the last day of games, Marshals will focus on handing out end-of-season gifts to teams.

Great communication skills Completion of SafeSport and Safe & Healthy Playing Environments Modules on
US Soccer Learning Center Background Check Pay:
$30.00 per hour
