We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in a customer service / game master role. If you're comfortable speaking in front of groups, have strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to guests Manage and facilitate engaging game experiences Ensure smooth operation of games. Follow instructions with attention to detail and a positive attitude

Requirements:

Availability Thursday thru Sunday. Valid driver's license and transportation. Comfortable speaking in front of people. Must be able to handle various situations and tasks in a professional manner. Confident enough to control a group of adults or teenagers. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Attention to detail is a must. Must be reliable and punctual

Position Details:

Part-time, 20 hours per week. Availability Thursday thru Sunday Weekend availability is a must. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, sometimes on short notice. Starting wage is $17.50 Escape room experience as a customer is helpful. Escape room employee experience would be amazing! This position requires a strong work ethic and weekend availability.. General information about the position:

Wednesday to Sunday is regular schedule with on call as needed. Monitor games, providing clues and additional assistance when appropriate to ensure a positive game experience for the guests. Welcoming and Introducing the game to the guests. Resetting games. Talking with guests at the end of the game, taking and editing photos. Cleaning rooms and the facility. Outgoing, enthusiastic, well groomed, courteous, and engaging with customers.

Schedule:

Some Holidays not Thanksgiving day or Christmas day. Availability Wednesday thru Sunday. Weekend availability.
