Adult Volleyball Official Rate:
$22.75 per hour

8/4/2026 Do you like to bump, set, spike? Foothills is seeking a Volleyball Official to officiate assigned adult volleyball games, ensure guidelines, and maintain a safe and fun environment.
Duties:
Officiate assigned games with fairness and respect to all players and spectators. Ensure guidelines, rules and sportsmanship is enforced. Maintain a safe and fun environment for all involved. Keep score of all games. Report any gym problems to Supervisor. Report any problems with players, coaches or spectators to Supervisors in a timely manner. Ensure safety of all participants and spectators. Games played Sunday afternoons and Monday nights at the Ridge Recreation Center (6613 S. Ward St Littleton, CO)
Experience and Skills:
About You Our ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of basic concepts and league rules and regulations for adult volleyball. Knowledge of effective safety standards and precautions related to specific recreational programs.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with league supervision and officiating required Experience with supervising adults preferred. Knowledge of volleyball, including game skills, techniques and rules, as well as potential safety risks and safety hazards and appropriate safety precautions. Rules will be provided prior to start and reviewed at training session
Minimum Education and Experience:
Must be 21 years of age High school diploma
Licenses/Certifications:
Current certification in AED/CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain such certification within sixty (60) days of employment Communication skills: must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally; establish and maintain working relationships with employees and the public; work independently; able to effectively communicate and enforce league rules; effectively demonstrate and promote enthusiasm and sportsmanship in the sport.
