We're looking for a dynamic, dependable Youth Sports Representative to help create an organized, positive, and memorable experience for players, coaches, and families. If you thrive in an active environment and love bringing calm to game-day excitement, this role is for you. What You'll Do As our on-site Game Day Lead, you will: Serve as the YMCA's friendly and professional presence during youth sports events Support volunteer coaches with logistics, communication, and equipment Assist with set-up and take-down of fields/courts and supplies Act as a liaison for parents — answering questions and resolving concerns with care Monitor safety and ensure YMCA policies are followed Help create an environment where every child feels welcomed and supported You'll be the steady, positive leader who keeps game day running smoothly. What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Enjoy working with children and families Stay calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings Communicate clearly and respectfully Can confidently address minor concerns in the moment Value teamwork and model positive sportsmanship Bonus points for: Youth sports experience Customer service or leadership experience CPR/First Aid certification (Need to obtain within 30 days of hire.)
