full-time DUS is a padel club and wellness destination opening in the heart of West Palm Beach this September, six indoor courts, a recovery and spa area, a wellness-driven café and lounge, and a NOX pro shop. We're hiring part-time Padel Professionals to join our founding coaching team and help set the standard for padel in South Florida. For the right person, there's a clear path to a full-time role, here in West Palm Beach as demand grows, or at future DUS locations. What you'll do
- Teach private lessons, semi-privates, clinics, and group sessions at all levels
- Lead social formats, Americano nights, round robins, and King of the Court
- Build and keep your own book of students through great coaching and real relationships
- Help members with equipment questions and support the NOX pro shop when you're off court
- Represent DUS on and off the court, and help set the tone of a brand-new club Who you are
- Genuinely high-level player, ideally with competitive or ranked playing experience
- Warm and engaging - the kind of coach players want to book again
- Reliable and professional, and comfortable making the sport accessible to beginners
- Available for some early morning, evening, or weekend sessions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States A plus: coaching certification (padel, tennis, or another racquet sport), a current or former national or international ranking, or Spanish.
Compensation This is a commission-based role. You earn a share of the revenue collected on every lesson and clinic you personally teach, typically $50 or more per hour on court, and more on private lessons or a full clinic. What you earn scales with how much you teach and how well your sessions fill. Plus free club access and court time, pro shop and café discounts, NOX Sport equipment and apparel, and a founding role with room to grow. We're flexible on volume, a handful of hours a week up to ~25.
