Must be 15yrs old Clean Background Check Enjoys athletics Ability to learn, adopt, and communicate the i9 Sports rules Wants to help the players learn and have fun Can clearly communicate and work with others (Volunteer coaches, parents, and other staff) Likes to get involved and stay busy Job Description

• Official:

  Learn and understand i9 Sports Rulebook Officiate the game and help the players learn from their mistakes Communicate the calls loudly and clearly Stopwatch and whistle are required (provide by employee) Job Description
• Coach Learn and understand i9 Sports Rulebook Teach players the fundamentals of the sports (catching, throwing, hitting, and base running, and strategy) Have a practice plan for team each week (We can help create) Create a rotation sheet to ensure players play different positions and play equally (document provide by i9 Sports) Work the players to help improve from week #1 to Week #7 Communicate to families it is not about winning or losing, but getting better each week Provide weekly communicate to families prior to game day (Instructions and communicate sample provided i9 Sports' A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely No Job Description•Coordinator Understand the sport rules and format Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to efficiently solve problems Highly motivated self starter Extremely reliable and responsible Ability to take charge of any situation that involves the safety of players Superior customer service skills Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
