Knowledgeable of the rules and referee signals. We will help teach the rules and mechanics. Strong people skills. Confidently interact with players, parents, and coaches to keep games moving smoothly. Expectations Officiate assigned games to RCX Sports standards Submit timely post-game reports as required Arrive on time and represent RCX Sports professionally at all assigned locations Location Indiana (multiple league locations; assignments may vary by week/site - submit your location availability in the application) You may be scheduled at various locations within a 25-mile radius of the primary area where you apply (based on league needs and your availability) and locations can change week to week.
