We are seeking a Clerical/Administrative Clerk to contribute to our continued success. The Industrial Clerk will provide essential administrative support within our industrial office environment. This role involves handling various clerical duties, including data entry, record keeping, and coordinating communications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Input and maintain accurate data related to production schedules, inventory levels, and shipment tracking in our internal systems.

Documentation:

Prepare, review, and file reports, production logs, and other necessary documents.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between various departments, handling internal and external communications, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Scheduling:

Assist in scheduling maintenance, inspections, and other industrial activities.

Inventory Control:

Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders and ensuring availability as needed.

Record Keeping:

Maintain and organize physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative assistance to management and other staff, including preparing correspondence and organizing meetings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a construction timekeeper, payroll clerk, or administrative professional in an industrial or construction environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of industrial processes and terminology is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting industrial construction projects such as refineries, chemical plants, power plants, or manufacturing facilities. Familiarity with construction payroll and labor reporting. Experience with electronic timekeeping systems.
