Job Description

RICHARD is currently looking for a Field Timekeeper. The Field Timekeeper work will be performed at a job site in Hackberry, LA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in field construction timekeeping Timekeeping experience with \"MYTRACK experience\" program strongly preferred Must have a valid Transportation Worker's Identity Card (TWIC) Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (especially, Excel) Employee must be capable of communicating in person, via telephone, email, video chat, and software systems Good organization, planning, and implementation skills, including the ability to coordinate and work in a team environment Responsibilities Understand the Client Contract requirements for: Labor payments Per diem payments (when applicable and when eligibility documentation has been confirmed with RICHARD Human Resources [HR]) Billing company owned or rental equipment ALL billing backup documentation requirements Understand the Client site-specific processes for: Forms and Signature requirements Rules for submission of new employee setups, classifications, pay rates and schedule Rules for submission of terminations or reductions of force (ROFs) Use of Client required software system for time submittal and approval Deadline requirements for time submittal and reconciling corrections Process and deadline for submitting Exceptions for Gate Log time controls Runing reports from Client system for reconciliations, Purchase Order (PO) tracking, etc. Knowledge of authorized approvers at various stages of Client approval process Maintain RICHARD Master Template of all employees rostered to site with hire date, classification, and schedule Validate Master list against the timesheet each week prior to submission to ensure all active employees are accounted for and all terminated or ROF employees are removed Daily compare the time submitted against the sign-in sheets and Client gate logs or gate log software output reports Ensure the RICHARD timesheet reports time is consistent with the reimbursement rules of the Client Daily enter time into the Client System per the site requirements; submit exceptions for time outside of the gate to be billed, when applicable Review the RICHARD timesheet at the end of the week for overtime reporting issues and submit any corrections, if necessary; submit to RICHARD Payroll for processing, as required Obtain Client Approvals on required billing backup support (timesheets, receiving tickets, POs, expense reports, per diem, etc.), submit to the Client for their records as required, and save to the designated record location for RICHARD Timekeepers Reconcile weekly payroll against Prebilling reports; complete the Reconciliation Acknowledgement Form to indicate any adjustments or balancing issues As required, coordinate and record RICHARD Job Numbers assigned to Client POs to notify the foremen when funds are almost expended and a new PO or supplement is required If required, provide Client specific reporting per Contract agreement If timekeeping duties allow, and others are not available at site, functions may also include document control, purchasing, receiving, or other administrative duties to assists the field team RICHARD is dedicated in providing a SAFE and Drug Free environment.
