Job Summary OverviewPaddock Judge needed for Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Race Meets. Responsible for ensuring the safety and proper conduct of horses, jockeys, and handlers.

ResponsibilitiesVerifying equipment and compliance with regulations: Ensuring all horses and equipment meet the necessary standards for racing.

Monitoring paddock conduct: Keeping an eye on the behavior of horses and jockeys to ensure they adhere to the rules and regulations.

Collaborating with officials: Working closely with trainers, jockeys, stewards, and other officials to maintain the integrity of the event.

Pre-race briefings: Providing guidance to participants regarding paddock procedures and safety measures.

QualificationsThe Paddock Judge must possess strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
