As a Knucklebones' Coach & Play Specialist you are responsible for: Traveling to clients throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area Organizing athletic games and activities, explaining rules and acting as referee or participant, throughout events Communicating with clients, hosts and participants, providing updates where required and answering questions Providing guidance, motivation and support for all participants Overseeing and planning customized athletics programs Creating a safe, enriching, and fun athletic experience Maintaining records (activities/games played & attendance) Having a fun, energetic and engaging personality While the position works with all ages, our primary focus is early childhood and school age (childcares, recreation departments, extended day camps, community events, private events, etc.). This position has a flexible schedule and can complement other jobs, school or time restrictions. Afternoon schedule begins between 2pm-3pm and ends between 4pm-5:15pm.
