Youth Baseball Umpire City of Greenville, NC•4.0 Greenville, NC Job Details Seasonal $14•$18 per game 1 day ago Qualifications Sports rule interpretation Working with youth Full Job Description Job Summary Greenville's Recreation and Parks Department is currently looking for umpires for youth baseball games ages 5-8. Duties include but are not limited to umpiring, setting up for practices and games, and ensuring proper care of the program and facility.
Minimum Age:
16 years old, at the time of application
Pay:
$14.00•$18.00 per game
Seasonal Position :
September•October 2026 Game Time (hours vary): Sunday 1:00 pm•3:30 pm
Requirements:
Applicants must possess a good knowledge of baseball rules and have the ability and patience to work with youth. Umpiring experience is preferred. Knowledge of First Aid and safety procedures is preferred. Mandatory staff trainings are required. Applicants are required to submit a complete work history, a complete educational history (to include high school information), and at least 3 references.
