Full Job Description Flag Football Referee Position Type:

Part-Time / Seasonal Job Summary We are looking for dependable and energetic Flag Football Referees to officiate games, enforce league rules, and help provide a safe, fair, and positive experience for players, coaches, and families. Responsibilities Officiate flag football games according to league rules. Enforce rules consistently and fairly. Make clear and confident calls during games. Monitor player safety and address unsafe conduct. Keep track of downs, scores, possession, and game time. Communicate professionally with players, coaches, and league staff. Handle disagreements calmly and professionally. Arrive on time and prepared for assigned games. Maintain control of the game and promote good sportsmanship. Complete any required game reports or score information. Qualifications Knowledge of flag football rules preferred. Previous officiating experience is a plus but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Comfortable working with youth and adults. Must be able to stand, run, and move throughout the game. Must maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance. Ideal Candidate We are looking for officials who are fair, confident, reliable, and able to make quick decisions while keeping the game fun and safe.

Pay:

Competitive per-game compensation based on experience and league requirements.
