Job Description

Description Responsible for the growth of the sport at the Resort and extending into the Charlottesville community for all ages and levels. The successful candidate will develop, promote, and supervise Padel programs for adults, children and seniors, including instruction, tournaments, leagues, and junior programs. He or she will organize private lessons, group clinics, tournaments and social events, collaborating interdepartmentally to successfully execute events. The Head Padel Professional will maximize court utilization and revenue by providing a variety of activities and programs that meet the needs of members and guests. He or she will promote Padel among the membership and act as an ambassador to enhance the value of The Boar's Head Sports Club. Requirements Padel coaching certification Proven experience playing and coaching padel Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules Experience coaching adults and juniors of varying skill levels Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional and guest-focused Court maintenance - assisting with keeping courts free of debris and glass clean Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous luxury hospitality or resort experience is a plus Additional languages are an advantage
