Indoor Soccer Referee Sports Center of Richmond (SCOR) Richmond, VA Job Details Contract $23 - $30 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Stress management Conflict management Patience Professional sports officiating experience Soccer Full Job Description The Sports Center of Richmond (SCOR) is seeking dedicated Indoor Soccer Referees to officiate adult league games year round and youth games are held on weekends in the summer and winter. Adult games are held Sunday through Friday between 6:00 PM and 11:15 PM, each lasting about 50 minutes. Youth games are 45 minutes starting in the afternoon and into the evening. We offer a flexible schedule but require some Friday and Weekend avability during youth seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Officiate indoor soccer games with fairness and integrity. Ensure all game rules are followed, and manage gameplay effectively. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations. Communicate clearly with players and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a referee is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to be punctual and self-motivated. Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally.
