  • Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal Job Summary:
    Referees paid per game refereed Games run August 24 through September 26 5:30PM & 6:45 games Monday
Thursday Qualifications:
General knowledge of flag and contact football 15 years or older Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and spectators Ability to make quick decisions under pressure Conflict management skills to handle disputes or disagreements on the field
Responsibilities:
As a Referee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the game and ensuring a positive experience for all participants Officiate flag and contact football games, enforcing rules and making fair and unbiased decisions Communicate with players and team-captains to provide clarifications on rules or address any concerns Manage game flow and maintain control of the field, ensuring a safe and respectful environment Make quick and accurate calls on penalties, violations, and other infractions Keep track of game time, scores, and other relevant information Provide feedback to players and coaches when necessary to promote improvement and understanding of the game Join our team as a Referee and be part of the exciting world of sports officiating!
