Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field. Valid teaching certification for elementary grades. Experience teaching in a multi-grade classroom is highly valued. Enthusiasm for working in a culturally diverse rural community. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for student-centered learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lesson plans for multi-grade classes (3rd-6th), adhering to curriculum standards and differentiating instruction to meet varied student needs. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic achievement and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with staff and families, encouraging community involvement and maintaining positive relationships. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
