needs a dedicated General Education Teacher.

This contract position offers a dynamic teaching experience working with a range of elementary students, fostering academic and personal growth in an engaging, culturally rich environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field. Valid teaching certification for elementary grades. Experience teaching in a multi-grade classroom is highly valued. Enthusiasm for working in a culturally diverse rural community. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for student-centered learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver lesson plans for multi-grade classes (3rd-6th), adhering to curriculum standards and differentiating instruction to meet varied student needs. Collaborate with staff and families, encouraging community involvement and maintaining positive relationships. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
