Through coaching, modeling, and professional development, you will build teacher capacity in data-driven instruction and effective strategies aligned to standards. Your work will directly enhance student learning and ensure equitable access to content, empowering all students to thrive and discover their own greatness. You are a collaborative and equity-driven educator with a passion for supporting multilingual learners and strengthening instructional practice. You bring strong classroom experience, the ability to coach and build trust with teachers, and a deep understanding of language development and effective teaching strategies. You are reflective, data-informed, and committed to empowering educators to create engaging, inclusive learning environments where all students can succeed.
