Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the assigned administrator, the Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) is responsible for leadership, planning, development, implementation, and support for the assigned program/curricular area/site. Mentoring new teachers; leading and supporting professional development and regional program instructional initiatives; analyzing data and training staff to work with data; supporting special projects; collaborating with staff and modeling evidence-based teaching practices, training and supporting instructional assistants. - Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
