Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Experience in visually impaired education, teacher coaching, deaf education, and bilingual education is a plus.

Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Create and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment
• Provide specialized instruction in areas such as literacy education, bilingual education, and visually impaired education
• Offer support and guidance to fellow teachers through coaching and mentorship

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in teaching or instructing students of varying abilities
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Familiarity with classroom technology and educational software
