By applying, candidates are being considered for inclusion in an adjunct faculty pool. Positions are filled on a semester-by-semester basis depending on programmatic needs and student enrollment. We are seeking candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: K-6 Literacy 5-8 Literacy K-12 English as a Second Language (ESL) Early Childhood Education with Inclusive Settings Supervision of clinical and student teaching experiences Adjunct instructors may teach undergraduate students in face-to-face formats during the instructional day on the Davenport campus. Clinical supervisors may support teacher candidates in field-based and student teaching placements in the Quad City area. A master's degree in education or a closely related field is required. Candidates must also possess K-12 teaching experience in relevant educational settings. Preference may be given to applicants with experience supporting teacher candidates, mentoring preservice teachers, or working in diverse and inclusive school environments.
