In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction across various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the developmental needs of diverse student populations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in curriculum development, classroom management, and educational technology integration. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula aligned with educational standards and learning objectives. Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate innovative teaching methods and educational technology tools. Manage classroom environments to promote positive behavior, safety, and inclusive participation. Assess student performance regularly through formative and summative evaluations, utilizing data analysis to inform instructional modifications. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and academic achievements. Collaborate with faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and special needs, including students with autism or requiring special education services. Integrate LMS (Learning Management Systems) and other learning technologies to enhance instructional delivery. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral notes in compliance with school policies. Support curriculum implementation by participating in professional development sessions focused on educational compliance, regulation understanding, and innovative teaching techniques. Engage in ongoing professional growth related to childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, physical education experience, and early childhood education. Skills Proficiency in LMS platforms and familiarity with learning technology tools for classroom integration. Strong classroom management skills combined with experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and faculty collaboration. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional modifications tailored to individual student needs. Ability to analyze student performance data to guide instructional decisions. Knowledge of educational compliance standards and standardized testing procedures. Experience working with students requiring special education accommodations or behavioral management strategies. Creative writing skills for developing engaging instructional materials and assessments. Proven ability to adapt teaching approaches based on different learning styles and developmental stages. Experience in tutoring or private school settings is advantageous.
