Company Description Safe Food Handlers Corporation has been a leading provider of food safety training for the food industry since 1982, offering quality food manager certification training classes at affordable prices. With a reputation for excellence, Safe Food Handlers has trained thousands of food service professionals in over 70,000 companies across the United States. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as a Food Manager Certification Course Instructor located in Springfield, Peoria and Normal, IL. The classes are one-day certification courses from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. The ideal candidate can teach 3-4 classes each month and would be willing to sub for classes in other surrounding areas. The role involves delivering food safety training courses, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and instructing on topics like food safety, personal hygiene, best management practices and more. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Food Safety knowledge Experience in food safety training or certification Strong communication and presentation skills
