Early Education Teachers (Full-Time & Part-Time) FLEET Early Learning Station At FLEET Early Learning Station, we believe the best classrooms feel calm, intentional, and full of meaningful moments. We're looking for teachers who bring a steady presence, thoughtful leadership, and a genuine love for early childhood. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding young children through their day with purpose—balancing structure, creativity, and connection. Shifts vary - ranging from Substitutes, to Part-Time Assistant Teachers, to Lead Full-Time Teachers.
The Details Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (PT and FT)
Hours:
10-40 hours per week
Pay:
Starting at $14 per hour up to $18 per hour depending on position, experience, and qualifications. What You'll Do Create a classroom environment that is calm, structured, and engaging Support children through daily routines with consistency and care Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills Maintain a clean, organized classroom aligned with licensing standards Build strong, professional relationships with families and your team Approach each day with intention, patience, and presence What We're Looking For A nurturing, composed, and confident approach with children Someone who values structure, routine, and purposeful learning A team player who communicates well and shows up consistently A genuine passion for early childhood development Reliability and professionalism in all aspects of the role Lead and Assistant Teacher positions available.
