A Vocational Education Instructor teaches technical or job related skills to students, and uses work-based experience to help students learn about and prepare for jobs in a particular occupation. Provides training for jobs in business, health care, auto repair, information technology, culinary arts, or other areas. Teaches in a public high school, a regional or college program, or at a private training program.
The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences is accepting applications to build a pool of qualified instructors for any current or future part-time assignments. We are seeking part time faculty for day and evening classes at the main campus location.
Job Requirements:
A master's degree in the discipline (or closely related field) is required for teaching undergraduate-level courses; a terminal degree is required for teaching graduate-level courses. Prior teaching experience and experience with online education is desirable.
