Contingent upon funding and sufficient student enrollment, the above captioned position is being brought to the attention of all teaching and administrative personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.Certified by the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) as a qualified Classroom Instructor 2.Strong organizational skills 3.Excellent oral and written communication skills 4.Knowledge of Community Schools Driver Education Program 5.Knowledge of Driver Education Curriculum, Parent Curriculum, and Driver Practicum Curriculum preferred 6.Certification by the Registry of Motor Vehicle (RMV) as a Driving Instructor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist the Driver Education Supervisor in scheduling, planning, and implementing the Driver Education Program 2.Train students in behind the wheel driving instruction 3.Schedule student for driving observation hours 4.Maintain all required RMV records 5.Must be available Monday-Friday, Saturdays, and school and summer vacation as needed
COMPENSATION
According to contract
FUNDING:
20E, Community Schools Driver Education certification must be included with a letter of application. A copy of a valid Massachusetts driver's license must be submitted upon hiring.
