Clinical Instructor/ Education Coordinator

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Instructor/Education Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering the clinical education program for Radiologic Technology students while supporting departmental operations. This position serves as the primary liaison between the hospital and affiliated educational programs, ensuring students receive quality clinical instruction, competency assessment, and professional development in accordance with program, hospital, regulatory, and accreditation standards. The incumbent also functions as a staff radiologic technologist and supports departmental education, quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification. Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in diagnostic radiology. Strong verbal, written, organizational, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree. Previous clinical instruction, education coordination, or supervisory experience.
