Pay Rate:

$26/hour About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and engaging EEC Certified Lead Teacher to support our after-school program. This role is ideal for an experienced preschool educator who is passionate about working with children in a structured, supportive, and fun environment. The Lead Teacher will play a key role in creating a safe and enriching atmosphere for students while leading daily activities and supporting their social, emotional, and academic development. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with EEC standards and youth development best practices Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children Supervise and actively engage with students during program hours Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior management Collaborate with program staff and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with EEC regulations Communicate effectively with families, staff, and school partners
