Job Description

Responsible for the care and education of a group of children 3 to 6 years of age and functions as a team leader or co-leader. The teacher plans and implements the curriculum, works with parents and assesses the needs of individual children. The teacher also prepares lesson plans and prepare/organize the class work in the classroom. We are looking for a co-teacher to work in the Montessori classroom where Montessori education and traditional teaching is combined to educate our children.

Education:

Montessori Teacher Certification (AMS / AMI Credential and/or an Associate's Degree in the field of Early Childhood Education.

Experience:

5 years minimum in the field of Early Childhood and/or Montessori Method of Education.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
