Job Description

Fusion is looking to hire a Lead Fitness Trainer that can inspire, motivate, and energize clients. Candidate should be passionate about connecting with people, helping them reach their goals and enjoys promoting a healthy lifestyle. Role includes, leading high intensity interval training classes, collaborating on workout design, selecting music, helping with class equipment set up, inserting personality into the class and the dynamic warm up.
Additional roles could include:
community/special event planning, nutrition coaching, and class concept innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver first-class training to customers while maintaining the distinct Fusion atmosphere. Inspire and energize clients and provide superior customer service at all times. Act as a Fusion ambassador, inside and outside class.
REQUIREMENTS
Instructor or personal training certification and experience from leading group training or working as a personal trainer. Friendly, outgoing, and perceptive personality with a strong sense of integrity and self-confidence. Passion for fitness and helping others with their goals. Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to build strong interpersonal relationships. Ability to modify exercises to meet the needs and limitations of participants
