In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in business-related subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and preparing students for success in their academic and professional pursuits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to student development, and a solid understanding of current business practices. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and curriculum requirements. Teach a variety of business education courses, including but not limited to accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business management. Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that promote real-world applications of business concepts. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administration regarding student performance and any concerns. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Education, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
