Food Service Professional II Lyell FT The Arc of Monroe - 3.2 Rochester, NY Job Details Full-time $19.35 - $20.35 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Transporting special needs passengers ServSafe Cooking Driver's License First Aid Certification Personal transportation assistance Full Job Description Works directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to support and coach them in learning all aspects of food service business in preparation for eventual community employment. Provides person centered support while promoting confidentiality, privacy, human dignity, uniqueness, and physical and emotional well-being in supporting each person to lead a self-directed life. Minimum Education and Experience Associates degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred, plus two years' experience with commercial cooking, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in IDD field a plus. Licensure/Certification Valid NYS driver's license required. Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self and individual. Must maintain current required certifications as designated by the agency including but not limited to: First Aid/CPR Ability to be Level I Food Serve Safe The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
