www.thrivechildcare.org We are a Christian childcare center looking for full and part-time teachers to work with children from 6 weeks old through 12 years old. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. Pay is based on education and experience.

Specific duties would include:
Reinforce weekly plans and help implement age-appropriate curriculum (lesson plan) to nurture and stimulate all domains of children's development in their care. Be a Christian role model for the children and families. Provides a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the children's learning and growth. Provide responsive care to all children. Demonstrate cultural competency and respect for the child's background by incorporating cultural, linguistic, and familial values and beliefs into the childcare program. Maintain ongoing, open communication with parents/ caregivers. Assures a healthy, safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. Participate in ongoing in-service and educational development opportunities.
