Job Overview The Lead Early Education Teacher at Cross Schools plays a critical role in shaping young children and will be passionate about early childhood education, committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment, and skilled in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum in a Christian atmosphere. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication with parents, and adherence to state licensing regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects including math, literacy, and physical education. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to create a respectful and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements. Requirements:
Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
