The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, or related fields, with the ability to develop engaging curriculum and effectively teach students in a classroom setting. This role is essential in shaping the next generation of skilled professionals by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. We are currently hiring for our Northridge and San Marcos locations. Responsibilities ASE-609 Certified - Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning (MVAC) Service Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions that facilitate student learning and retention. Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance program offerings and improve overall educational quality. Experience Proven experience in curriculum development for technical subjects, particularly in automotive repair. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students of varying skill levels effectively. Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for education is essential.
