Compensation:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

3099 Frankford Rd, Dallas, TX 75287 About Us At The Learning Experience - Dallas Frankford, we're more than a childcare center — we're a community of educators committed to inspiring and empowering young minds. We are seeking a caring and dedicated Lead Teacher , a role that plays a vital part in guiding toddlers through an exciting stage of independence, language development, and hands‑on learning. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of a fun, structured, and developmentally appropriate classroom . Deliver age‑appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum designed to support early independence, language growth, and social‑emotional development. Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment children can explore, learn, and build confidence. Observe and document developmental milestones, adjusting activities to meet each child's needs. Communicate consistently with families to build trust, share progress, and support a strong home‑school partnership. Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain high‑quality standards. Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and aligned with licensing and safety requirements.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma required Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education is a plus
Experience:
Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early learning environment is strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach Time management and classroom organization
Certifications:
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
