We Will Train!!! As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding students on the road to learning. You will help students develop their driving skills and confidence, while improving their overall experience in the process. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping students achieve their goals. Great Part time position for 10-20 hours per week! Responsibilities Assess and evaluate students' progress and behavior by watching them on the road Provide clear instructions and guidance on how to safely drive and maintain a vehicle Observe and document drivers' performance on the road and their behavior while driving Comply with all safety and legal regulations of driving in League City, TX Attend class meetings and keep current on safety and legal information Deliver coach-to-coach feedback via phone or email Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 5 years) Minimum of 7 years of personal driving experience Must be able to pass drug test and background check Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to communicate with students, management, and other team members
