Location:
Administration Office Grandview School District welcomes applications from college and university students seeking placement to complete student teaching, practicum, internship, observation, or other required field experience hours as part of an approved educator preparation program. During a student teaching or practicum placement, candidates observe, collaborate, and gradually assume increasing responsibility for planning, instruction, assessment, and classroom management under the guidance of a mentor teacher and university supervisor. Through this partnership with the Grandview School District, candidates develop the professional skills, confidence, and reflective practices needed to successfully transition into their careers in education.
Qualifications Applicants must:
Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university educator preparation program. Be eligible for student teaching or practicum placement through their institution. Meet all university requirements for placement. Successfully complete all required district onboarding requirements before the placement begins.
