Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time teacher to inspire and support learners. In this role, you will create engaging educational activities and foster a positive classroom environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives through innovative teaching practices and personalized support.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating educational technology and instructional modifications tailored to individual learning needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Communicate regularly with the Director about student lessons and classroom management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; and/or 1-2 years of early education experience. Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional design skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles while maintaining high standards of educational compliance.
