Educational Diagnostician | Carrollton, TX | $66/hour Care Career Euless, TX Job Details Full-time $66 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Psychological testing School legal knowledge Standardized test administration Test-based student assessment Full Job Description Educational Diagnostician Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year | School-BasedWe are seeking an Educational Diagnostician to support students with suspected or identified disabilities in a school setting for the upcoming school year. The diagnostician will conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for special education services and help develop individualized plans that support student success.

Responsibilities include administering and interpreting a variety of psychoeducational, academic, and developmental assessments, conducting Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs) and re-evaluations, writing detailed evaluation reports with clear findings and recommendations, determining eligibility for special education services in accordance with IDEA and state guidelines, participating in ARD/IEP meetings and presenting evaluation results to teams and families, collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers, and maintaining accurate documentation while following confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Diagnostics, Special Education, or a related field, current state certification as an Educational Diagnostician (or eligibility for certification if required by the district), experience administering and interpreting standardized assessments, strong knowledge of special education law and evaluation procedures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
