Responsibilities for a Substitute Instructor Deliver engaging lectures with the help of Lincoln Tech's standardized curriculum. Provide practical training ensuring periodic maintenance of equipment. Evaluate and communicate student performance in a timely manner. Report to Academic Dean Requirements for a Substitute Instructor The necessary academic credentials and work-related experience mandated by the company, state, accreditation, and any other regulatory agencies that monitor compliance Certified or licensed where required by law Minimum of five years of related practical work experience in the subject area(s) taught (excluding teaching experience) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment About Us For 80 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology.
