Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
As a part of the Application support team you will become familiar with Credible Behavioral Health (EHR) system and other supporting IT systems for Polk County Health Services end-users. You will act as a subject matter expert on EHR system capabilities and functional use and apply knowledge of client care business workflow to assist in the implementation, testing, go-live, and end user support. On this team you will be supported to develop your leadership skills and expected to take an active role on small and medium size projects with minimal oversight that are focused on problem solving, and applying EHR functionality to enhance clinical workflow and client care.WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, healthcare administration, or related field or three years experience in a computer science related field Preferred EHR application training experience and CPT billing code knowledge Polk County, theOrganization:

Polk County is located in the Willamette Valley just an hour from the Pacific Coast to the west and an hour from Portland to the north. The population is approximately 87,000 and the county spans about 744 square miles, with two thirds of the western part of the county being forest.
