Director of Business Development

We are seeking a senior leader to help expand our pipeline, deepen our industry relationships, and continue the evolution of our business development organization.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Business Development is JWF's primary growth leader, responsible for identifying and capturing new work across the Pacific Coast and select neighboring states. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role sets the company's pursuit strategy, leads high-priority proposals, builds and maintains relationships with engineering firms and public agency clients, and provides leadership for the business development, proposal, and marketing function. The Director works in close partnership with the existing Business Development team and the Chief Estimator to align growth strategy with the company's operational capabilities. Pay:

$170,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
