EHS Technician, Lithium Refinery

What to Expect Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Technicians are acritical part of the EHS team at Tesla. Reporting to the EHS lead within a specific line of production, the EHS Technician is involved in a wide range ofwork across multiple EHS programs. The EHS Technician supports day-to-day operations by handling process EHS inspections, improving employee engagement, collecting and recording EHS information, and driving continuous improvement ofoverall EHS processes and systems. What You'll Do Respond to Environmental, Health & Safety events in the field and collect preliminary details, documents, photos to help EHS Specialists in event safeguard analysis and corrective action determination Perform Job Hazard Assessments and help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Review SOPs and work practices to identify any safety concerns.
