Lab Support Senior Engineer Lab Support Engineering is at the heart of a worldwide lab operations team providing 24x7 lab access, service and solutions support in multiple locations. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 5+ years of related experience Hands-on troubleshooting and implementation skills for lab systems. Accuracy in documentation, inventories, and change records. Familiarity with vendor coordination and SLA tracking. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, Linux+, ITIL Foundation, or vendor credentials (e.g., Dell/HP/Cisco).

You will:

Implement installations, upgrades, and recovery procedures under documented SOPs. Troubleshoot issues using logs, hardware diagnostics, and monitoring tools. Maintain inventories, diagrams, and approval records. Coordinate vendor activities and verify outcomes.
