Job Summary This role is responsible for service restoration and distribution switching activities using extensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems including technical knowledge of operations and switching practices. Ensures all reporting is completed to keep management informed of system conditions, circuit outages, key and critical customer interruptions, and extended outages. Communicates with on-call/duty field and office personnel on status of distribution outages and service restoration efforts. Will complete the Switching Supervisor Training Program to become ROC switching certified. Provides leadership to a shift-oriented workforce.
