Responsibilities Assist experienced electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform wiring, conduit installation, and other tasks. Support the setup and troubleshooting of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in construction environments. Conduct routine inspections using tools like ohmmeters to ensure system integrity and safety compliance. Participate in construction site activities, including framing carpentry related to electrical installations. Follow all safety procedures outlined by NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Skills Strong interest in electrical systems with some prior experience preferred, including industrial or commercial electrician work. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems is a plus. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols is highly desirable. Familiarity with NEC standards and basic electrical troubleshooting techniques. Excellent manual dexterity for working with wiring, conduit bending, and framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations.
