Job Description

Electrical Assembler (Entry-Level) Great Opportunity to Start Your Career in Manufacturing What You'll Do Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll build and assemble electrical and mechanical components. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality products by working with tools, wiring systems, and detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical and mechanical parts using hand & power tools Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and diagrams Perform panel wiring, electrical wiring, and crimping Measure components accurately using tape measures (SAE & metric) Support machine and mechanical assembly as needed Assist with troubleshooting mechanical equipment Help with material handling and forklift operation (if trained) Rotate across production areas to support team output Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What You Need to Succeed At least 6 months of manufacturing or hands-on experience Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or diagrams Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic electrical or wiring experience Ability to accurately measure and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to train on 1st shift and move to 3rd shift Preferred (Nice to Have) Electrical training or recent certification Machine or mechanical assembly experience Forklift experience Basic welding skills Why You'll Love This Job Day 1 Benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Stable, family-owned company with growth opportunities Clean, safety-focused work environment Opportunity to learn valuable electrical and mechanical skills Schedule Training (1st Shift): Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (plus occasional Saturdays) After Training (3rd Shift): Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (Overtime available on Fridays) Work Environment Clean manufacturing facility Safety-first culture All tools provided Warm in summer months, with airflow maintained Ready to Get Started? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
