Note:

All new hires complete orientation and initial training on 1st shift. What You'll Do Assemble and install electrical systems, wiring, and components on truck bodies Build and test mechanical and hydraulic systems for cranes, booms, and heavy equipment Install lights, alarms, cameras, and other electrical features Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Perform functional testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet standards Troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues using critical thinking skills Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete builds Document work, inspections, and test results accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or installation Background in mechanical assembly or manufacturing production Basic understanding of hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints and schematics Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High School Diploma or GED Preferred (Not Required) Vocational or technical training (electrical, mechanical, industrial) Experience with hydraulic assembly, repairs, or testing Previous manufacturing or equipment assembly Background Why You'll Love This Job All shifts available to fit your schedule Opportunity for consistent overtime and strong weekly hours Work on high-quality, specialized equipment Tuition reimbursement to grow your skills Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Life and disability insurance Company culture that values growth, recognition, and community involvement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.30
